Cocktail Pools Florida ("we", "us") designs and installs architectural plunge pools. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to cocktailpoolsflorida.com and any related services.

What we collect

• Contact form — name, email, ZIP, and message you submit on the contact page.
• Account — email address you use to sign in.
• Orders — shipping ZIP, design configuration, order total, and a Stripe payment reference. We do not store full card numbers; payment details go directly to Stripe.
• Configurator drafts — your pool design snapshot, optionally tied to an email if you save a draft.

How we use it

• Respond to your inquiry or design request.
• Process and fulfill orders, including coordinating install crews and shipping.
• Generate your HOA packet, stamped site plan, and permit-exemption letter.
• Send transactional email (order confirmation, status updates). We do not send marketing email.

Third parties

• Stripe — payment processing. Subject to Stripe's privacy policy.
• Lovable Cloud — hosting, database, and authentication infrastructure.
• Email delivery — transactional email is sent via standard email infrastructure.

We do not sell or rent your information. We do not run advertising pixels, analytics trackers, or remarketing tags.

Cookies

We use a single authentication cookie/local storage entry to keep you signed in. No advertising or analytics cookies.

Your rights

You can request a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing us through the contact form. We respond within 30 days. Note that we retain order records for as long as required by Florida tax and contract law.

Retention

Contact inquiries are retained for up to 2 years. Order records are retained for 7 years to comply with tax and warranty obligations. Configurator drafts expire automatically after 60 days unless tied to an order.

Children

Our service is intended for property owners and is not directed at children under 18.

Changes

If we materially change this policy, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify account holders by email.
