How this compares

Why the number is lower than every quote you've had

A cocktail pool averages $25,000 nationally, and a Florida plunge pool runs $10,000–$25,000 installed. We land under the bottom of that band on purpose: at 24 inches above grade there is no excavation (roughly $2,500), no gunite shell, and no permit in most Florida jurisdictions ($100–$1,000+). Same water, fewer steps, and a crew on site for two days instead of six weeks.

Price objections

The questions we get most.

Why so much cheaper than a traditional pool?
Traditional in-ground gunite pools cost $60–120k because they require deep excavation, steel cage, gunite spray, tile work, decking, and 4–8 weeks of crew time. Our pools stay above-ground under 24" — no excavation, no gunite, no permit in most of Florida. Same water, a fraction of the steps.
What's NOT included in the price?
Permits, electrical and plumbing. We're a product company, not a licensed pool contractor or permit service: we deliver and assemble the pool with our own crew, and anything that crosses into licensed trade work is arranged by you. That means site clearing if your yard isn't level, a licensed electrician if you don't already have an exterior GFCI outlet at the equipment pad (typically $300–800), a water bill for the first fill (~$40–80), and HOA fees if your board requires them.
Do I pay everything upfront?
30% deposit to lock your build slot, 70% before the kit ships or the crew rolls. We do not charge for changes to your design until the deposit is paid.
Financing?
Yes — Affirm, Klarna, and Afterpay are available at checkout alongside card payment. Affirm covers our full pool range with 3–36 month installments; Klarna and Afterpay handle smaller add-ons. You'll see live monthly options when you reach the Stripe checkout page.
Refund policy?
Full refund of deposit any time before fabrication starts (typically 5 business days after order). After that, deposit is non-refundable but credits to a future build for 12 months.
